We understand the dramatic housing shortage in Munich: on average, we have 100 applicants per semester for 10 places. You can probably imagine, that such a number of application forms represents an enormous time commitment for the members of the admissions committee, who work on a voluntary basis.
Before you apply, we ask you to carefully check that you meet our admission criteria.
Our application deadlines run from October 1st to January 15th and April 1st to June 15th for the following summer and winter semester, respectively.
Applications after these deadlines are still possible, but will be considered less favorably in case of doubt. You should therefore apply in good time!

Our student dorm is different from the dormitories of the Studentenwerk: we care about who moves in here! This is why we have developed an elaborate application process. Each application received is reviewed by our admissions committee. This committee is made up of 6 to 8 students, the board of Willi Graf e.V., and the administration. Who will be allowed to move in or who will receive a place on the waiting list will then be decided by the admissions committee with the greatest possible consensus, approximately 1 to 2 weeks after the end of the application period.
Our application deadlines run from October 1st to January 15th and April 1st to June 15th for the following summer and winter semester, respectively. As a rule, you will receive your acceptance or rejection by e-mail, approximately two weeks after these deadlines. Please refrain from further inquiries until then.

It is important to fill out the application form carefully and completely. Please take enough time for it. It is worth it!
Here you also have the option to submit your photo, resume, and references as a single pdf document. Please note that applications without a photo and a complete resume cannot be processed.
We only accept online applications through our student dorm's application form. If you have difficulty submitting the form, please do not hesitate to report a problem or contact our network administrators.
