On a short-term basis and limited to a maximum of three months, there is the possibility to live as a "vacation guest" in our student dorm. As a rule, this is only possible during the semester break, if rooms are available. The criteria for moving in as a permanent resident do not apply.
Vacationers must submit the completed application form, a curriculum vitae, and their certificate of enrollment. The data will then be processed. An acceptance or rejection will be sent by e-mail, as well as the subsequent contract with the student dorm.

A key deposit of 150 € is required. The rent is to be paid in advance for the respective rental period.
If you would like to live with us for a longer period of time, apply to become a permanent tenant during our application periods. Please note, however, that additional criteria must be met.
It is essential to fill out the application form carefully and completely. So please take enough time with you.
